Please read these Terms carefully before using Develow or Develow Pro. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Develow or Develow Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Develow is an AI-powered platform. Develow Pro is a virtual coaching service that contacts you by phone, schedules follow-up sessions, provides personalized insights, and helps you stay accountable to your goals. The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate coaching conversations and generate actionable recommendations.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use the Service to engage in harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Phone calls and communications
By subscribing to Develow Pro, you consent to receive phone calls from our AI coaching system at times you schedule or approve. You may adjust your call schedule or opt out of calls at any time through your account settings. Standard carrier rates may apply to incoming calls.
5. Intellectual property
The Develow platform, its design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Develow, Inc. Insights, summaries, and recommendations generated during your coaching sessions are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any personal information and goals you share with the Service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." DEVELOW MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT COACHING RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. DEVELOW PRO IS AN AI-POWERED TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Develow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on coaching recommendations.
8. Refund policy
You may cancel your Develow Pro subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
9. Modifications to the service
Develow reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
