Privacy Policy
Summary
Develow collects only what's necessary to provide your coaching experience. Your conversations are encrypted end-to-end. We never sell your data, never use it for model training, and never share it with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What we collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service: your email address, a hashed password, and subscription status. When you use Develow Pro's phone coaching features, call metadata (timestamps, duration) is stored to schedule follow-ups. The content of your coaching conversations is encrypted end-to-end and is not accessible to Develow staff.
What we store
Your account information (email, subscription status) is stored securely in our database. Coaching session summaries and action items you choose to save are encrypted at rest. We do not store raw conversation transcripts beyond what is needed to generate your session summary. Data is retained only as long as your account is active.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies contain a session token and an expiry date. They do not contain personal information, browsing history, or behavioral data. If you clear your cookies, you will be logged out.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles payment information. We use Vercel for hosting, which processes standard request logs. We do not share your coaching data, goals, or personal information with any third party.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or other AI companies. Your coaching conversations are never used to train AI models. We will only disclose information if required by a valid legal order, and we will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.
AI and your data
Develow is the world's most secure AI. Your conversations with Develow Pro are processed to provide coaching responses and insights. This processing happens in real-time and conversation content is not retained for model training. Your data is never used to improve models for other users or sold to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can request a full export of your data in JSON format through your account settings. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our systems within 30 days. You can also request data deletion by contacting privacy@develow.ai.
Security
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Coaching calls are end-to-end encrypted. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant providers. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for access controls and key management.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly around data collection or sharing — we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
